Update from the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver
The Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver has issued an announcement requesting all registered companies to check and if necessary update no later than the 31st of March 2017, the registered office address which is registered with the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver. Furthermore in case that the registered companies fail to do so, the provisions of Article 327 (6) of the Companies Law will apply and which include the power to remove non-compliant companies from the registrar.
