DELETION OF COMPANIES DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF ANNUAL LEVY
In continuation of our Notice dated 16.8.2016, the Department of Registrar of Companies & Official Receiver announces that on the 31st of March 2017 it shall proceed with the deletion of companies as per Article 327(2A) (b) of the Companies Law Cap 113, which companies have not submitted the Annual Levy (article 391 of the Companies Law Cap 113) for a period of one year from the date that such needed to be paid.
Specifically, the companies who have not paid the annual levy for the years 2012,2013,2014 and/or 2015, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic for a period of three months, as per article 327(2A) (b) of the Law, and subsequently shall be deleted from the registry.
